When you apply for a job at ASEN you provide us with certain bits of information about you including your name and career history.
Purpose and legal basis
ASEN uses this information to conduct recruitment. The legal basis for processing this data is to fulfil the agreement of recruitment.
Your name, contact details, and career history is kept on the ASEN email drive and shared drive. Both are password protected with two-step verification.
Unsuccessful applicants’ data is delete immediately after recruitment. Data of those invited to interview is kept for three months in case of requests for feedback. Data of a successful applicant is kept until they cease employment.
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing the ASEN Coordinator on email@example.com.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have a number of rights with regard to your personal data.
- You have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data
- You have the right to restrict processing, object to processing as well as in certain circumstances the right to data portability.
- If you have provided consent for the processing of your data you have the right (in certain circumstances) to withdraw that consent at any time which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before your consent was withdrawn.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Information Commissioners’ Office if you believe that we have not complied with the requirements of the GDPR with regard to your personal data.
