The timeline for the lead-up to the conference and the conference itself follows below. While we very much intend to keep to these timescales, they are not absolutely fixed but we will publicise any changes.
- 2nd September – call for papers opens
- 16th November – call for papers closes
- 13th December – results communicated
- 13th December – registration opens
- 28th February – registration closes
- 12th March – final programme published
- 22nd April – informal get-together in Budapest
- 23rd April – conference day one; Gellner Lecture
- 24th April – conference day two; conference dinner
- 25th April – conference day three; announcement of ASEN2026
