Below is our timeline to the conference. Dates are subject to change (although we very much hope they won’t!).

• The call for papers is open until 14th November.
• We will let everyone who submits an abstract know if they have been accepted or not by 21 December, when registration for the conference will also open.
• The outline schedule will go up on 9th January.
• Registration will close on 3rd March – late registration will be available after this, but at an additional cost.
• The detailed schedule with panel assignments will be available on 10th March.
