How long should I speak for?
Up to twenty minutes.
Most panels have three papers. This leaves approximately thirty minutes for questions. A few panels have four papers – these will be extended into the following break, giving twenty-five minutes for questions.
Can I use slides/video/audio?
Each room has a computer and you are welcome to use slides etc., although there is no requirement to do so. If you are using slides etc., we would ask you to bring them on a USB stick.
Do I have to submit the paper in advance?
No. We only publish abstracts in the programme.
